Conscious Anti-Racism: Tools for Self-Discovery, Accountability, and Meaningful Change in Healthcare


is a CME-accredited online course designed to help healthcare professionals confront systemic racism, implicit bias, and privilege in order to provide equitable care to all patients. Created by Dr. Jill Wener and Dr. Maiysha Clairborne, the course blends evidence-based strategies with mindfulness and emotional resilience practices, offering practical, non-shaming tools for self-reflection, growth, and action. With 15 in-depth modules, bonus interviews, and CE credits across multiple disciplines, this course empowers participants to move beyond performative allyship and take real steps toward dismantling racism in healthcare settings. A portion of proceeds is donated to antiracism organizations, making each enrollment an investment in both personal and collective change.

CHUM's Anti-racism Course.

The Center for Cultural Humility (CHUM) offers direct, practical Anti-Racism Training for educators, clinicians, HR teams, and community leaders. Focused on action over theory, it teaches how to spot and interrupt racism in real time—through bias, microaggressions, and systemic harm. With flexible formats (4–16 hours) and continued support, CHUM helps participants apply anti-racist principles with purpose and accountability.

Learn to Lead Antiracism Groups

The Center for Cultural Humility (CHUM) offers a “Train the Trainer” program that equips professionals to lead workshops on Cultural Humility, Anti-Racism, and more. With 10 hours of instruction and 20 hours of shadowing, participants gain the skills to deliver impactful, customized trainings. Graduates earn official accreditation and access to CHUM’s tools, helping them drive meaningful change in their workplaces and communities.

Anti-Racism I is an introductory Coursera course designed for those new to the study of race and racism in the U.S. As part of the Anti-Racism Specialization, it explores foundational topics such as whiteness, white privilege, systemic racism, and intersectionality.
